Our Year 7, 8 and 9 Senior boys students were selected to form a team representing Al Siraat in a friendly soccer match on a full size synthetic soccer ground against our brothers from Darul Ulum.
The match was very exciting as Al Siraat scored the first goal within the first 10 minutes of the game by our Year 9 striker Hussein Chamra. Throughout the match, both teams had their chances to score. We also hit the post a couple of times. Our Year 8 goalkeeper Farah Mohamed had made some vital saves to keep our lead in the game.
Overall the team work and decipline of the team to carry out the 1-0 victory was displayed in great sportsmanship. A big thank you to the parents who came and supported the boys to share the special moments with us, and finally thank you to the boys for giving a great challenge and their time to represent our College in a professional manner.
