It has been 12 months since we introduced the new Al Siraat uniform, and at the end of the current Term 2, the old uniform will be expiring.
From the beginning of Term 3 on Monday, 10th July 2023, only the new uniform is required be worn! The only exception is the checked summer dress for Primary girls in Years 3 – 6, and the boys kameez.
Most students have been wearing the new school uniform since the beginning of this year, and it looks great to see so many students wearing it with pride.
All uniform items can now be purchased directly from Academy Uniforms in Thomastown (with the exception of the Primary girls' tunic and abaya, which can still be purchased from our College reception). Academy Uniforms have advised they have good supplies of most uniform items, and should be able to accommodate most, if not all, requests.
The boys' kameez and girls' new summer dresses will be ready and available for students to wear from the start of Term 4, and can be purchased from Academy Uniforms in Thomastown towards the end of Term 3.
For Year 3 – 6 girls, it is recommended students wear the slip on scarves with their sports uniforms: When the rectangle scarves are not pinned properly, they become a hazard during sports sessions. The slip on scarves can be purchased from Academy Uniforms in Thomastown.
Parents are to ensure students are wearing full school uniform at all times. If students are not able to wear their uniform, or part of their uniform, for whatever reason, a note is to be sent to the teacher with your child.
