What a delight to see our youngest students back in their classrooms, with their laughter and excited voices ringing through the otherwise empty corridors and out on the playground.
This morning saw our Foundation students returning to school after a 74-day absence. For the next three days, our youngest students and their teachers can enjoy having all of Primary School to themselves, before returning to remote learning on Thursday when they will swap with the Year 1 and Year 2 students to return to their classrooms.
We have also put some of the 47 brand new air purifiers which we have received from the Department of Education and Training, to good use in the classrooms.
Seeing all the happy faces of our youngest students this morning, socialising and engaging with their classmates, playing and learning on their desks was a beautiful sight indeed, alhamdulillah, and we cannot wait to have all other year levels back at school very soon, inShaAllah.
