Last Friday saw our boys take on the top team in the SSV AFL program – Marymede. The conditions were almost identical to the week before but it did not stop our boys from giving it their all. Their dedication and effort despite the many barriers is commendable.
We are still in search of our first winning result and will continue that search this week when we play our final match against St Mary of the Cross MacKillop (SMCM).
We have seen the culture of AFL grow rapidly since the start of the SSV program this term and another indicator for that are the enrolments for the AUSKICK Program. The PE team has been advocating the program and its benefits consistently and we hope that our enrolments continue to grow!
